QS-9000 Quality System

QS-9000 is one of the most advanced quality management and quality assurance system in the worldwide filed of auto and auto-part manufacturing. If one manufacturer can get the QS-9000 homologation, it would keep abreast with the most advanced quality management system in the world, which can greatly increase the general competition of such a manufacturer in the international market.

QS-9000 is being undergone in our company, as while we are promoting our production and management in accordance with the standard of QS-9000. In order to carry out the QS-9000 quality system normally and improve it continuously, our company reinforces the participation of the whole staff with basing on the supporting of managers. And also with the multi-disciplinary approach, our company has constituted the efficient documents of quality system, identified and acquired any controls, process, equipment (including inspection and test equipment), fixtures, resources and skills, which can ensure and improve the quality of product and service, and the cost is cutting down. With the QS-9000 quality system being carried through smoothly, we choose the world famous TUV of Germany as the third party of registration, and it is intended that we will pass the QS-9000 quality system homologation by the end of 2000.
