Yoky Filters are guaranteed to be free from defects
in material and workmanship during using them in exact way.
In the case of an engine or relative equipment failure directly caused by a proven
defective Yoky filter, which was properly installed and changed following the engine
manufacturer's recommended service intervals, Shenzhen Yoky Filters Co. Ltd will restore
the engine or relative equipment to a condition equivalent to the existing just before the
failure.
Claims for engine or relative equipment repairs provided under this warranty must be
submitted within 30 days after discovery of damage. Shenzhen Yoky Filters Co. Ltd or its
regional agent reserves the right to examine the engine or relative equipment and filter
to determine the amount of damage and whether it was caused by a defective Yoky filter.
This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect,
negligence or accident, or that has been improperly maintained, operated or installed.
This warranty remains in effect when Yoky filters are used. |
